Raymond James Upgrades AeroVironment to Outperform Market Raymond James says it’s a bargain buy. “We upgrade Aerovironment (AVAV) from Market Perform to Outperform and set a price target of $210. Since March, the stock is down 55%, compared to an S&P 500 return of about 10%, but future EBITDA estimates have been revised down significantly.” Bank of America Reiterates JPMorgan as a Buy The company raised its price target for JPMorgan from $408 to $420 per share. “A high-end stock trading at a negligible P/E premium.” Read more. Morgan Stanley upgrades Rocket Companies from equal weight to overweight Morgan Stanley says the mortgage company is best positioned for share price appreciation. “We see favorable risk-reward; valuation discounts are high over time and downside to consensus expectations. Barring sharp interest rate increases, RKT stock’s earnings and operating leverage remain at 28-year normalized EPS and 1.24 PT rises by $1 to $19 as the valuation year progresses.”Goldman Sachs initiated the acquisition of Excelerate Energy Corp., with Goldman claiming that the company is a beneficiary of LNG prices. “We are positive about EE as we benefit from lower LNG prices in the second half of this decade, execute on a clear growth trajectory given our existing operating leverage and expected organic fleet additions, and take advantage of vertical integration opportunities that we believe are still undervalued in the market.” “We initiate coverage on Synopsys, Inc. (SNPS) with a Buy rating and $570 price target.” BTIG downgrades Etsy from Buy to Neutral The company lowered its valuation of Etsy. “Moved to the sidelines after industry-leading performance and stock price significantly outperformed our PT. Downgraded from buy to neutral.” KeyBank reiterates Amazon’s overweight status.Key raises price target from $330 to $335 per share. “AMZN remains our preferred e-commerce stock as 1) fundamental retail trends remain strong and 2) AWS is out of alignment. Leo and data center investments could limit upside to NT margins, but we believe the consensus underestimates revenue and EPS through 2028E.” Benchmark starts Cadence Design Systems as a buy The company says the semiconductor technology company has plenty of upside potential. “We are initiating coverage on CDNS with a buy rating and a $450 price target.” Stifel launches EyePoint on acquisition Stifel says the biopharmaceutical company has a strong pipeline. “We rate EyePoint (EYPT) coverage Buy, starting at $40.” Neutral Piper says SpaceX has “unique near-term headwinds” Piper Sandler launches SpaceX. “Having covered TSLA for more than a decade, we feel comfortable underwriting multi-year papers. However, we believe there are some unique headwinds in the near term that are likely to limit upside (specifically, the expiration of a phased lockup and uncertainty around a potential Tesla acquisition).” Baird launches Vertiv to outperform Baird says he is bullish on the partnership with Nvidia. “We love Vertiv as a pure data center. Its foundational collaboration with NVIDIA supports strong visibility into innovation. NVIDIA praises Vertiv as a ‘World Leader’ in Cooling/Power (thumbs up!). Future migration to 800VDC should be viewed through this lens. (Note that the relationship is also clearly growing.) Piper Sandler launches AST SpaceMobile as overweight Piper says space companies have many benefits. “ASTS will build satellites that communicate directly with smartphones. The service will ensure users are connected wherever they are, regardless of their phone’s coverage, including for applications such as video calling, streaming, and gaming.” Seaport Reiterates Nvidia Selling Seaport said it is concerned about Nvidia raising prices. “NVIDIA is raising prices to a level that makes it difficult for many customers to buy its products. As a result, NVIDIA is becoming more involved in helping NeoCloud raise money, building on the $30 billion backstop it already has in place (but not on the balance sheet).” JPMorgan upgrades SK Telecom from neutral to overweight JPMorgan claims to be a strong buy in the Asian telco. “SKT stock is down 27% from recent highs (-22% vs. KOSPI), which we believe reflects a reasonable investor view of the Anthropic proxy deal.” Baird launches Forgent Power Solutions, outperforms Baird says the power solutions company still has room to run. “Forgent is purpose-built to build AI infrastructure and is focused on strong growth and market share within the smaller electrical submarket.” Baird outperforms, launches nVent Electric Baird says growth will accelerate. “Starting with an Outperform rating and a price target of $188. We are most bullish on nVent’s NVIDIA Recommended Liquid Cooling portfolio. The company has a head start relative to many of its electronics peers, and recent growth has accelerated dramatically.” Trust downgrades Lululemon from hold to sell Trust says it sees too many negative factors. “LULU – Downgraded to Sell due to significant pressures and limited outlook for potential recovery.” Benchmark launches Rambus as acquisition The company says Rambus has a differentiated product. “We have initiated coverage on Rambus, Inc. (RMBS) with a buy rating and a price target of $165. In all forms of commercialization, we believe Rambus’ technology is a key element in solving the memory bottlenecks that exist in data center high-performance computing applications. Wells Fargo downgrades Cinemark and Imax from overweight to equal weight Wells said the risk-reward balance is now better for movie companies. “We are updating our film-by-movie analysis, and the -11% decline in our Q3 forecast resulted in a 2026 BO of $9.9 billion. As a result, we are moving to the sidelines on both CNK and IMAX as we believe the risk/reward ratio is more balanced.” Bank of America Upgrades Elo Copper to Buy from Neutral The company says “capital return is on the horizon.” “We upgrade Ero Copper to Buy (from Neutral) and raise our price target from CAD 41/shr (US$ 30/shr) to CAD 49/shr (US$ 34/shr).” Bank of America Upgrades Cintas to Buy from Neutral Bank of America says the company is “firing on all cylinders.” “Following better-than-expected Q4 2026 results and FY27 guidance that beat the Street but is likely to be conservative, we upgrade Cintas from Neutral to Buy and raise our PO to $230.” Evercore ISI Reiterates Apple Outperforms Evercore says it’s bullish on Apple’s earnings later this month. “For AAPL, we expect durable iPhone 17 momentum (China + units) due to discussions on GM sustainability and the timing of GM’s trough where memory costs will drive in.” Oppenheimer beats Arteris to launch business Oppenheimer says the company is a “merchant leader in network-on-chip (NoC) interconnect IP (intellectual property).” “We initiate coverage of Arteris (AIP) with an Outperform rating and a PT of $40.”
