Dylan Efron details Zac Efron brother’s ‘defensive’ reaction to viral DWTS moment
Zac Efron is living the high life.
The Down to Earth star recently broke ground on a home in Australia with designer Joost Bakker called FutureCave, a sustainable home made primarily from cannabis plants.
“Excited to start Zach’s House!” Bakker posted a group photo of himself, Efron, and the rest of the crew on Instagram on May 8. “I especially want to thank the two legends @main__frank who worked so hard to design and approve this project!”
According to the Australian Financial Review, the High School Musical alumnus’ dream home will be located on a 128-hectare (approximately 316 acres) of land near the New South Wales-Queensland border that he purchased in 2020. Many of the building materials will be made from hemp sourced from local farms.
But that’s not all. Bakker said that the mattresses, curtains and pillows that Efron plans to install in the mansion will also come from the factory, and that he is also considering working with an appliance manufacturer to develop a linen drum washing machine.
In addition to six bedrooms, this home also has a rooftop garden with a large living area.
