Jon Cryer says he was paid “one-third” of Charlie Sheen’s salary
Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer haven’t exactly had a great relationship lately.
Despite both starring in 2025 (aka Charlie Sheen), Sheen said he has yet to contact his former Two and a Half Men co-star since the docuseries’ release.
“I don’t like to bother people,” the actor admitted in an interview with People magazine on April 24, explaining how he would tell reporters he would contact Cryer but “never.”
“But I think John would accept it,” the 60-year-old continued. “John is a lovely person and a very talented person.”
Still, he’s grateful that Cryer, 61, participated in his documentary. The documentary included detailed accounts of Sheen’s life from family, friends, former lovers, and former castmates.
“It was very sweet and very cool that everyone showed up the same way, because they could have easily said, ‘Okay, let’s get ourselves out of the way. I’m not interested. I lived it. We don’t need to talk about it again,'” Sheen said during a recent panel discussion about the project. “And I would have thought, ‘Okay, that’s fine.’ But they didn’t, they stepped up.”
