Teresa Giudice reveals what happened after quitting ‘Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test’
Teresa Giudice is still having a hard time coming to terms with her decision to leave Season 4 of Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test.
After withdrawing from the competition on Fox’s cutthroat reality show during the Oct. 2 episode, and it was also on the second day of her journey, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star admitted it wasn’t an easy decision to pull out.
“It took everything in me to quit,” Teresa said in an October 7 interview with People magazine. “It really happened.”
Teresa reached a breaking point when her daughter Gia Giudice had to join the milling movement. A milling exercise is a physical combat exercise in which two opponents aggressively punch each other in the head, testing courage and endurance.
Teresa didn’t want to see her 24-year-old girlfriend get violent, but she was confident Gia could take care of herself.
“I knew she was going to be okay,” the 53-year-old said. “I knew my child, so I knew it would be okay.”
But that didn’t mean Teresa’s heart wasn’t broken when she left Gia in Morocco to continue competing.
