“There are people who have a childlike sense of wonder and playfulness,” she continued. “I was really attracted to that, and he brought that out in me, and it’s reflected in every part of our lives. Even in business, we want us to play and have fun and explore and be creative.”
Meghan also opened up about raising her two young children while growing her personal brand. Since she mostly “works from home,” the Archetype host revealed that Lilibet “comes in and sits on my lap during meetings, whether it’s P&L for the brand or creative stuff.”
And she doesn’t take that moment for granted.
“I’m a mom with kids at an age where I’m always learning new things,” she added. “Every day I see them face challenges that seem completely insurmountable. I can give myself the same grace as the founders. There is no such thing as perfection.”
And as her children continue to explore their personal interests, Loving Meghan doesn’t want them to be afraid to take the leap.
“I hope they understand the value of having courage,” she said. “I think you’ve become a little more fearless. We lose some of that as we get older.”
