Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are separating their finances.
The Oscar winner filed for divorce from the country singer on September 30th, September 30th, according to the petition obtained by E. News, the former couple opted out of sending future spouses support to each other.
“Neither party may pay the other party the amount and/or compensation or spouse support,” the filing states. “All alimony and spouse support claims will be waived forever by the parties.”
And that’s not the only area where Nicole and Keith (daughters are 17 and 14-year-old Faith Margaret on Sunday. The pair also opted not to provide child support for each other, saying the total amount ordered by the parties to help with childcare is $0.
Additionally, the filing states that both Nicole, 58, and Keith, 57, will reach a mutual agreement on maintaining the car with a title in each name and splitting “home furniture, furniture, appliances, art and other items of personal property.”
