Michael Jackson’s son Bigi “Blanket” makes a rare red carpet appearance with his family
Jaafar Jackson was stuck with this support.
When Jermaine Jackson’s son Jermaine Jackson celebrated the premiere of the Michael Jackson biopic in which he plays his uncle Michael Jackson on April 10 in Germany, his cousins Prince Jackson and Bigi “Blanket” Jackson were also in attendance.
“Having my cousins and other family members there meant everything,” he told E! “This is a family story and it all started in Gary, Indiana, so it meant the world to me,” said Will Malfudge of The News, who attended the film’s U.S. premiere on April 20.
In fact, the international presentation was a true family affair. In addition to Prince, 29, and Bigi, 24, Jaafar was joined by his father, Jermaine Jackson, and uncles, Marlon Jackson and Jackie Jackson, who all posed for photos together.
Additionally, it was especially emotional for the 29-year-old that the film’s first kickoff event was held in Europe.
“Being in Berlin and Europe was special,” added Jaafar. “I know that Michael especially loved Europe and Germany. He spent a lot of time there.”
