Kylie Jenner is facing a discrimination lawsuit from her former housekeeper.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is being sued by Angelica Vazquez, who claims she suffered “severe and pervasive harassment” while working at Jenner’s Hidden Hills, Calif., home, according to court documents obtained by E!. News for April 21st.
The 28-year-old Jenner is named as a defendant in the lawsuit, along with two limited liability companies and 25 individuals who have not yet been identified, although none of the discrimination allegations are specifically attributable to Jenner.
Eh! The News has reached out to Jenner’s representatives for comment, but has not received a response. The beauty mogul has yet to publicly address the lawsuit.
Vazquez, who is described as a “Salvadoran woman and devout Catholic,” was “routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks, excluded from the household team, publicly belittled and humiliated in front of her co-workers because of her race, national origin, and religion, and subjected to intimidation and degrading treatment” during her employment from September 2024 to August 2025, the complaint alleges.
