Kirsten Storms’ ex’s restraining order claims she is suffering from a ‘mental health crisis’
Kirsten Storms’ ex-husband Brandon Barash has taken legal action against her.
The Days of Our Lives actor (who shares a 12-year-old daughter with the General Hospital star) was granted an emergency restraining order by a judge after Storms, 42, claimed he was suffering from a “mental health crisis,” according to a temporary restraining order obtained by TMZ.
In the document, Barash, 44, claimed that Storms’ “housing instability is a recurring theme,” the paper said. In fact, Barash claims that her Tennessee landlord filed suit against Storms to evict her after they moved separately to the state following their 2016 divorce.
He claimed in the document that Storms did not have permanent residence from September 2024 to June 2025, instead staying at friends’ homes and hotels. But he noted that the Disney Channel alum changed hotels so often because he was convinced people were “following him and his kids to their rooms.”
Brandon claimed that housing instability and other factors caused her to have “significant concerns about[Storm’s]ability to adequately care for” her daughter.
According to the documents, TMZ reported that Storms, who revealed in January that she was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, is currently being allowed supervised visits with her daughter.
