Britney Spears’ sons are all grown up and appear in rare photo with Jamie Lynn Spears’ daughter Maddie
It’s time to get back on the proverbial horse at Jamie Lynn Spears’ house.
Zoey 101 alum and husband Jamie Watson gave their daughter Maddie Watson his own ATV for Christmas. The incident comes nearly nine years after Maddie, then 8, was left in a coma for two days after a horrific accident involving a similar vehicle on her family’s property in Louisiana.
Jamie Lynn’s merry-go-round of Christmas photos included a close-up of the now 17-year-old’s new ride, decorated with a big red ribbon, and a shot of Maddie sitting on an ATV with her 6-year-old sister Ivy Watson.
Her mother has kept up the tradition of celebrating a “miraculous anniversary” when Maddie is released from the hospital healthy, but the high school senior only recently commented on the near-fatal accident.
“I was in an accident,” the self-described “injury-prone” teen said in an Aug. 12 YouTube video. “I was in a coma, but I’m back to life. I’m so happy.”
This sentiment certainly echoes how Jamie Lynn, who was 16 when she had Maddie with then-fiance Casey Aldridge, feels about her family’s ordeal.
