Annemarie Wiley and Marcellus Wiley end their marriage.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills native filed for divorce from the former NFL player on July 6 after 12 years of marriage, according to documents obtained by E! news.
Annemarie, who cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their breakup, accused Marcellus of repeatedly physically, mentally and sexually abusing her throughout their marriage. Annemarie shares two daughters, ages 7 and 6, with Marcellus.
“Marcellus has subjected me to an ongoing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation,” the 42-year-old wrote in a statement in court, “much of which our children have also witnessed.”
Eh! This story reached out to a rep for the former Bravo reality star, but has not yet received a response.
Anne-Marie, who appeared as a main cast member on the 13th season of RHOBH in 2023, cited an incident with the 51-year-old player during a family vacation to Orlando, Florida, on July 3, when “he yelled at me and forced his finger in my face while I was lying in bed with my 7-year-old daughter.”
