Kim Kardashian lights up the 2026 Met Gala in a sizzling orange dress
The Met Gala is on Monday, but Kim Kardashian is focused on Sunday.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star always goes all out for fashion’s biggest night, but this time her preparation didn’t involve bleaching her hair at the last minute or wearing sky-high platform shoes. Instead, she treated herself to an amazing dessert ahead of the Metropolitan Museum of Art costume benefit. (See all the celeb arrivals here.)
Hours before hitting the carpet in an orange hard-shell bodysuit by Allen Jones and Whittaker Malem, Kim sympathetically revealed that she had been eating ice cream with a chocolate-dipped waffle cone and rainbow sprinkles.
She shared a look at the special meal on her Instagram Stories, captioning it, “Ready to go.”
Kim, whose credits include Mama to North (12), Saint (10), Chicago (8) and Psalm (6) with Kanye West, then strutted down the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a futuristic ensemble inspired by Allen Jones: Metresse, an eight-painting series that began as a commission for a movie poster in the 1970s.
