At one point, podcast co-host Sophie Cunningham asked if West had reached out to his Summer House co-stars, but said not everyone responded to his text messages.
“That’s to be expected and I understand that,” he said. “I think the hardest part about this whole situation is that my actions hurt people I care about. But with the reunion coming up, I can apologize face-to-face and clear up all the crazy reputations that are out there on the internet.”
Meanwhile, Ciara has remained relatively quiet since Amanda and West released a joint statement about their burgeoning romance on March 31, but recently addressed the situation.
“It’s different to experience being hurt behind closed doors,” she told Glamor magazine. “It’s like another layer to go through it in public, and to have to see what you thought was your life still play out in season 10. It’s a big mental thing.”
In fact, while West and Amanda’s drama is unfolding in real time, Summer House season 10, which was filmed last summer, is currently airing on Bravo. And it seemed like West and Ciara were finally reconciling after their tumultuous breakup.
