Dakota Fanning details her night out with Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet at the Golden Globes
What is this feeling?
Announced ahead of the ceremony scheduled to air on January 11th on CBS and hosted by Nikki Glazer, the 2026 Golden Globe nominations are finally in, and as expected, Wicked: For Good was nominated for several awards, including Best Female Actor in a Musical or Comedy Motion Picture for Cynthia Erivo and Best Supporting Female Actor in a Motion Picture for co-star Ariana Grande.
As for the film itself, which received a total of five nominations overall, the musical was also recognized in the Best Motion Picture and Box Office categories, but did not win in Best Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy). (Or Jon M. Chu gets nominated for Best Director.)
In the drama category, Ryan Coogler’s historical horror film “Sinners,” starring Michael B. Jordan and Hailee Steinfeld, continues to dominate the awards, receiving seven nominations. (And while Michael himself got a nod for his laborious dual role, co-stars Hayley and Wunmi Mosaku were excluded from their respective categories).
Of course, Sinners wasn’t the only drama to win multiple awards, with Hamnet and Frankenstein following closely behind with six and five nominations respectively.
