But William and Kate believe that even within all this business, there should be room for a little fun.
“It’s really important to get the balance between work and home life right,” he added in the series. “Because to me, the most important thing in life is family, and everything is about the future and the future. I think if we don’t start our kids in happy, healthy, stable homes now, we’re going to let them fall through the cracks a little bit. So it’s important that we take care of our families and make sure that we’re able to take care of our kids in a way that we think is best for their future.”
That includes allowing children to live as normal a life as possible. George loves sports, so the family enjoys watching Wimbledon matches and cheering on the Aston Villa football team. He also seems to have become more interested in music. However, Kate says there can be a bit of a debate about what to blow up at school.
“Everyone wants different songs,” she revealed in an Instagram video during a visit to The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in June. “Charlotte wants Taylor Swift. George wants more rock. He loves AC/DC and plays guitar. And Louis wants Alex Warren.”
