Here are the top demands on Wall Street on Tuesday: UBS upgrades Vipshop to a neutral UBS acquisition, saying the Chinese e-commerce company has earnings resilience. “We believe Vipshop’s (VIPS) near-term growth will remain under pressure as consumption remains weak and e-commerce competition remains strong. However, we are targeting more attractive earnings quality and shareholder returns.” JPMorgan begins investing in Seaport Therapeutics, says Overweight JPMorgan is bullish on the biotech company. “We initiate coverage of Seaport Therapeutics, Inc. (Seaport, SPTX) with an overweight rating and a December 2027 price target of $42.” Citi begins acquisition of Pershing Square Citi said the stock has some of the “best attributes” of an asset manager. “We initiate coverage of Pershing Square with a Buy/High Risk rating and a $50 price target.” Read more. Stifel upgrades Booz Allen Hamilton from Hold to Buy Stifel said the stock is too attractive to ignore. “Fundamentals are gradually improving, the stock price is falling, and there is evidence that there is a risk of guidance cuts in the rearview mirror. While BAH’s Q4 2026 results (ending March 31, 2026) were less impactful (sales were slightly lower than expected but margins were strong), our upgrade is based on a low valuation and low expectations.” JPMorgan upgrades Cognex, Timken, Alliant from neutral to overweight JPMorgan upgraded three stocks, saying they have positive exposure to robots and humanoids. “We upgrade Allient (ALNT), Cognex (CGNX), and Timken (TKR) to Overweight, and RRX, HLIO, and GTES “This reflects our belief in both a strong near-term recovery and structural tailwinds from data centers, robotics, and humanoids,” Goldman Sachs launches Hemab Therapeutics, with Goldman saying the biotech company still has room to run. “Developing multiple assets to treat orphan and major bleeding disorders: We begin coverage on Hemab (COAG) with a Buy rating and $36 PT.” UBS Reiterates Micron Acquisition UBS raised price target to $1,626 from $535. “We believe that as more details emerge about the structural changes that AI has brought to the entire memory complex, the market will begin to price the stock at more ‘normal’ multiples and MU will continue to be revalued.”Read More Rothschild & Company Redburn reiterates its intention to acquire NVIDIA The company raised its price target for NVIDIA from $280 to $300 per share. “We believe our quarterly execution was near perfect. Data center revenue was $250 billion ARR, with year-over-year growth of 75% (4th quarter) 300 billion, accelerating to 92% year-over-year growth in the first quarter. Sales to hyperscale customers grew by an impressive 115% year-over-year as capital spending shifts from land and buildings to silicon in 2025. “Execution is impressive.” UBS says it expects strong growth for the neobank company. “Given our view that the market is underestimating the durability and earnings growth trajectory of Dave’s accelerated credit model, we are initiating coverage with a buy rating on Dave and a price target of $300.” Morgan Stanley begins acquisition of Avaline Pharma Morgan Stanley said the biotech company has a strong pipeline. “With positive data on a proven anti-fibrotic inhaled reformulation, AVLN is well-positioned to address the pressing unmet needs of patients with pulmonary fibrosis.” TD Cowen upgrades Lear to buy The company said there was ample upside for the auto supplier. “We believe Lear is well-positioned for upside in our NA auto production, which should drive multiple expansions.” Bank of America Reiterates Apple Acquisition Bank of America raised its price target for Apple from $330 to $380 per share. “We raise our multiples given the significant opportunity in agent AI. We reiterate our buy rating.” Susquehanna tests positive for Woodward The company said its aerospace supplier company is firing on all cylinders. “Woodward (WWD) designs, manufactures, and services fluid, combustion, electrical, propulsion, and motion control systems that function in extreme environments, from aircraft and power plants to ships, refineries, and mines,” Melius told Dell, reiterating Melius’ increased price target. “Additionally, given Dell’s long-term growth, which we believe is well in excess of our long-term EPS growth target of 15%, our target jumps to $380 (from $245) as Dell clearly deserves a higher multiple. A repeat buy.” Barclays upgrades Occidental Petroleum from equal weight to overweight. Barclays said the stock is attractive. “OXY has been one of the companies with the most multiple compressions since the beginning of our year, driven by strong business execution and high oil prices.” HSBC upgrades Marvell stock from hold to buy HSBC says it sees an opportunity for profit in Marvell stock. “Upgrade and Buy: Ready to Ride the AI Network Super Cycle.”
