Six months after NFL star died by apparent suicide, his girlfriend Catalina Mancerawho is pregnant with a baby, shared a glimpse of her shower.
“I can’t explain it in words “How grateful I am for the people God has placed in my life. During such a difficult season, the love and support surrounding me makes everything feel a little brighter,” Katarina wrote in an Instagram post with photos from the celebration on May 11.
She said: “I’m so grateful to everyone who came to celebrate me and my baby, and also to those who couldn’t make it but showed their love from afar.”
Katarina went on to thank her and Marshawn’s families for organizing the celebration.
“I will never forget the kindness, prayers and support that got me through all of this,” she added.
In addition to the message, Katarina also included blue frosted cookies with the phrase “Baby Kneeland” written on them, as well as shower highlights with lots of blue and pink decorations.
