‘NCIS’ Season 24 Cast Changes: Wilmer Valderrama Hints at Possible Death of Another Character
NCIS fans, grab your tissues.
CBS’ long-running crime drama has seen no shortage of changes over the years, including during its milestone 500-episode run, but season 24 could be set for even more cast moves, at least according to star Wilmer Valderrama.
The actor, who has played Special Agent Nick Torres since Season 14, said in an interview published June 2, “You know every few years, NCIS has to make sure that the audience is watching. So we change the TV a little bit and we listen. And we listen to what the fans want from us. So we’re always really paying attention to what the fans really want to experience on the show.”
And after director Leon Vance (played by Rocky Carroll) took his life after 18 years on the series in season 23, no character was spared a surprising exit.
“Let me guess, I think there’s a massive shake-up going on,” the That ’70s Show alum continued. “We don’t want to get into trouble with this problem. Let’s get into trouble. How about this? We’ve got some big changes next season, we’ve got some big additions. What does that mean for Torres? I can only hope he makes it out alive.”
