LONDON (AP) – British Prime Minister Stage on Monday condemned alleged arson attacks on a mosque in a coastal British town where police were investigating it as a hate crime. No one was injured.

The Saturday night fire came two days later Two men were killed When knife-wielding assailants attacked a synagogue in Manchester on the holiest day of the Jewish year, the authorities called it a terrorist attack. One of the victims was accidentally shot by an armed officer as he and the other congregations barricaded the synagogue to stop the attackers from entering.

A priority spokesman said the prime minister was “awas aroused by Peace Haven’s arson attack.”

“As the Secretary of the Interior said, the attack on Britain’s Muslims is an attack on all Britons and the country itself,” the spokesman said, adding that “anti-Muslim hatred has no place in the UK.”

Emergency Services responded to a report of a fire at Peace Haven Mosque on Saturday at 9:45pm (2245 GMT). Sussex police said the vehicle parked at the front door and outside of the mosque were damaged, but no one was injured.

Footage from the incident released by police on Sunday shows two balaclava-clava-cladvas approaching the mosque’s front door.

Detective Inspector Gavin Patch said police are treating the fire as arson intended to put lives at risk. Evidence from the scene suggests it was intentionally launched, according to the East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.

Detectives on Monday were searching for two suspects.

“This is a horrible and reckless attack and we know that what we know is that a lot of people feel unsafe,” Patch said.

Police presence is growing on the scene and at other places of worship throughout Sussex, a region in southeastern England. According to Sussex Police, police presence is increasing. He said the incident is currently not being treated as terrorist-related.

Political and religious leaders condemned the attack.

Interior Secretary Shabana Mahmood said the attack was “deeply concerned” and urged people to “unit.”

“This hateful act does not represent our community or town,” a spokesman for Peace Haven Mosque said. “Peace Haven has always been a place of kindness, respect and mutual support, and we will continue to embody those values.”

Phil Rosenberg, chairman of the British Jewish proxy committee, also condemned the attack, adding that “every faith community has a right to be free from fear.”

The attack comes amid growing tension Israel-Hamas War In Gaza.

Since the Israeli military attacks began in Gaza, the Palestinian pro-debots have been held regularly throughout the UK.

The protest was overwhelmingly peaceful, but some say they allowed it Anti-Semitism spread. Some Jews feel threatened by chants such as “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.” A small number of pro-Palestinian protesters have been arrested in support of Hamas, which is banned in the UK.

About 1,000 people gathered at Trafalgar Square on Saturday Protesting against the ban on Palestine’s actions, A direct action group that destroyed British military aircraft and target sites with ties to Israeli forces.
