Dancing with the Stars’ Elaine Hendricks talks about hospitalization and absence from Halloween episode
Jan Ravnik and Jen Affleck didn’t have enough tricks or treats to waltz on the dance floor for another week.
And that’s why they were the sixth couple to be eliminated during Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars on Halloween night.
Jen reacted to the news of her exit, telling hosts Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, “This experience meant everything to me. I can’t wait to talk about this with my kids in the future. I did this for my kids and I’m so grateful for this experience.”
“She’s a rock star, that’s all I have to say,” he added of his partner, who has recently faced criticism from former pros Maksym Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd.
On the Oct. 28 episode, the pair danced contemporary to Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do,” going all-in on the spooky theme and paying homage to Jean’s roots as a backup dancer on the Elas tour.
They received a total of 34 points from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, Derek Hough, and former DWTS pro and two-time champion Cheryl Burke, plus bonus points from Dance Monsterathon, which placed them seventh on the leaderboard.
