US government closure It started after President Trump and Congress failed to reach funding deals by Wednesday’s deadline. Hundreds of thousands of federal workers face Farrow and many offices are closed.

Trump is threatening irreversible behavior as he tries to punish Democrats. Democrats chose this fight to save money on expired healthcare subsidies and demand funds to raise insurance costs. Republicans refused to negotiate. More votes are expected on Wednesday.
