“I’m coming (for the belt),” Ulberg said following the fight.
Ulberg dominated the main event match from the start, moving forward to the snare and suffocating Reyes’ punch.
Following a straight left punch that looked to stun Reyes, Ulberg seized the chance in the opening round with less than a minute left, unleashing a huge right hook that knocked America to the ground, ending the fight.
Sunday’s Reyes (15-4 MMA) loss was his first knockout/technical knockout (KO/TKO) loss since November 2022, snapping his three consecutive wins.
“My goal with Reyes was to box him up, and he felt the strength quickly and saw his eyes that he didn’t want to feel it again, so the next opportunity went with them and dropped him,” Ulberg said.

In the light heavyweight co-headliner event, home country Jimmy Crute (14-4-2) won consecutive battles. This time, he defeated Croatia’s Ivan Earth Run (14-6) at 3:19 in the first round.
Erslan still had no UFC wins in three appearances and last won in February 2024. Meanwhile, Crute’s submission was the sixth of his career.
Australian featherweight Jack Jenkins overcame the ever-resisting Lamontavera in the US using his volume strike and forward movements by unanimous decision: 30-27, 30-27, 29-28.
Jenkins (14-4) won five of his final seven, while Tavelas (10-4) lost three of his final five, going for over 20 months without a victory.
For the second consecutive fight, UFC welterweight veteran Neil Manny of the US continued his submission trend at 3:08 in the third round with a Dulce Chalk against Australian fan favorite Jake Matthews.
Manny (31-14) secured his 24th UFC victory, improving his winning streak to 2 after surviving an early onslaught from Matthews (22-8).
