Welcome to President Donald Trump’s US President’s live coverage, including a state visit to the UK.

As we reported earlier, this is the President’s second visit to Britain.

Last night, Trump and first lady Melania Trump were welcomed to London Stansted Airport by British officials, including Foreign Secretary Ebette Cooper. Trump then spent the night at Winfield House, the residence of U.S. Ambassador Warren A. Stevens.

When he arrived at the residence, Trump expressed his “love” to the UK. “I love it. I love Turnberry, I love Aberdeen. There’s a lot to warm my heart here. It’s a special place. It’s a great place,” he told reporters.

Guests traveling with the president included daughter Tiffany Trump and her husband, Chief Susie Wills, Deputy Director Stephen Miller and secretary of Caroline Leavitt.

Later today, the President and First Lady travel to Windsor for a ceremonial welcome, lunch with the royal family, Air Force flypast and a gorgeous state banquet.

Tomorrow, Trump heads to Checker, the British Prime Minister’s retreat for a bilateral meeting with Kiel’s Starme. Initially, the First Lady remains in Windsor, where she is engaged two times with Queen Camilla and Princess Catherine, Wales.

She later reunites with her husband on a checker before they return to the US.
