Hacking could potentially become one of the top candidates for the 2025 Emmy Awards, just like it did a few years ago. Yes, the nominations for the annual awards show are officially here, with the first two categories announced on the CBS morning of July 15th. The remaining nominations were shared in the official live stream of the awards show hosted by Harvey Gillen and Brenda songs.
Leading the pack of excellent drama series is already highly nominated retirement (takes home the most total nominations at 27), White Lotus, Slow Horse, while rookie Pitt has won a spot on the list as well as season 2 of Andor.
Similarly, the Best Comedy series is dominated by Returners Hacks, The Bear, Abbott Elementary and Shrinking, but the Apple TV+ studio’s first season won nominations.
Meanwhile, Noah Weil’s return as an on-screen emergency medical doctor — this time leading Pitt’s ER category — has won a nomination for Best Actor in a Drama Series.
