Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor’s daughter Ella said, “And like that…”
For Ben Stiller, there’s always something about Christine Taylor.
Showshow’s retirement director, who received a whopping 27 nominations at the 2025 Emmy Awards, doesn’t just know one or two things about creating critically acclaimed television. He also learned some important lessons about love after a famous reconciliation with the wedding singer actress following her long-standing separation in 2017.
In fact, Ben, who shares her daughter Ella Olivia, 23, and son Quinlyn Dempsey, 20, with Christine, provided insight into why their division is important for building strong bonds in their relationships.
“When we separated, it just had the space to see what our relationship was, how my life felt when we weren’t in that relationship, and how much I loved the family unit,” he explained in an interview with the New York Times published on January 11th.
During their stay, Ben always wanted to be reunited with Christine. Christine tied the knot in 2000.
“In my mind, I never want us to be together,” the 59-year-old continued. “I don’t know where Christine is. You have to ask her, but Covid has put all of us together in the same house.”
