4:30pm: At a press conference, authorities confirmed that Kirk was taken to Timpanogos Regional Hospital where he died. They say no one is in custody and the suspects remain large.
5:59 PM Patel’s Social Media Post: “The subject in custody has been announced after law enforcement interrogation. Our investigation continues and we will continue to publish information for transparency.”
September 11th
