Prince Harry and King Charles III may be heading for a royal reconciliation.
For the first time in 19 months, the Duke of Sussex was seen driving to Clarence House, a Kings London residence, for a private tea with his father before heading for another engagement in the city.
Harry pulled to the residence around 5:20pm on September 10th, but Charles returned home a few hours ago.
The pair’s reunion comes almost two months after Harry’s chief communications officer, Meredith Maines, is discovered to meet with London’s King Communications Secretary Toby Andre.
Three months ago, 40-year-old Harry hoped that he and Charles, 76, could one day be rectified after years of alienating him and Meghan Markle’s fight to restore British security protections.
“There was a huge amount of disagreement between me and some of my family,” Harry told the BBC in May. “This current situation, which has been going on for five years in regards to human life and safety, is a fixture. That’s the only thing left.”
