Things didn’t become Instagram official until May 2025, when Hadid posted a photo of herself kissing Cooper at her 30th birthday party. Since then, the pair have made their relationship a little more public, going on double dates with stars, sharing rare glimpses of their romance on social media, and making their bond heartfelt with her “G Loves B” necklace.
And although they haven’t made their red carpet debut yet, Hadid and Cooper have attended high-profile events together, including the 2026 Met Gala (he skipped the carpet and met her indoors) and Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s celeb-filled wedding.
Still, privacy remains important to Hadid and Cooper. She described their marriage to Vogue as “very romantic and happy,” but said, “For whatever reason, it’s part of our relationship and not something we share.”
She had posted a peek into her relationship with Malik, which ended in 2021, but Miu Miu and Maybelline’s faces knew she would be criticized whether she did or not.
“When I post things that I think would be normal to post with my boyfriend, I get comments saying it’s unnecessary, it’s forced, it’s fake,” Hadid told British Vogue in 2018. I hope people realize it’s real. ”
