This is a work in which Courteney Cox and Johnny McDade go their separate ways.
Multiple media outlets have reported that the Friends actress and the Snow Patrol member, who started dating in 2013, have broken up.
Before their split, Cox, 62, and McDade, 49, were last photographed together at the 2025 U.S. Open in September.
Eh! The News reached out to representatives for the two men for comment, but did not receive a response.
Ms Cox, who shares daughter Coco Arquette, 22, with ex-husband David Arquette, was first introduced to McDade by Ed Sheeran, who took him to a star-studded party at her home.
Cox said on The Howard Stern Show in 2022, “I remember looking at Johnny and thinking, ‘Oh, wow, he’s intense, he has those eyes.’ And then when he was playing the piano, I thought, ‘Oh, he’s really, really handsome.'”
Although they did not exchange phone numbers at the party, Cox later expressed interest in the musician in a conversation with her friend Isla Fisher, and passed the information on to her then-husband, Sacha Baron Cohen. Cohen then cheekily relayed the details to McDade, who contacted Cox “the next day” and asked her to take him on a date.
