The former Olympic skier was arrested in Idaho on June 6 and later charged with possession of a controlled substance and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, according to documents obtained by E! news.
After his arrest, Miller posted bail at $5,000 and later pleaded not guilty to the two charges. Following his June 17 arraignment, the 48-year-old is scheduled to return to court for a July 29 pretrial hearing.

Miller was an accomplished alpine skier who won six Olympic gold medals and multiple World Cup championships. The athlete became one of the most decorated alpine skiers of all time by the time of his retirement in 2017, and was inducted into the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame two years later.
