“I remember, it was Thanksgiving, so we were separated, but I was with the kids because it was time to be with them,” Wilde recalled. “Everything was as it should be. The kids were there too. Jason was photographed with his girlfriend on the beach in Costa Rica, and the press was like, ‘Oh my gosh, he looks so happy. So great.’
And although Wilde faced backlash for his romance with her, harry styles Shortly after breaking up with Sudeikis, her ex went on vacation with his new partner and insisted he “did nothing wrong,” but it was a bit of an “oh my” moment for her.
“If I was away from my kids playing on the beach on a holiday, I’d be like, ‘I’m going to burn her at the stake right now,'” Wilde thought. “Take the children away from her and burn her to the ground.”
But now Wilde and Sudeikis have mastered the dynamics of parenthood, regardless of what outsiders see.
“I really appreciate the opportunity to have this space with my kids when I’m fully present with them and fully engaged with them,” Wilde explained. “I really value the opportunity to be fully present with them and then hand them over to very capable colleagues.–When my parents are with their kids, they’re always with me so I can have this space and get permission to go to work. ”
