The Love on the Spectrum stars made an emotional proposal on season 4 of the Netflix dating series, with the romantic occasion marking a full-circle moment for the couple.
During episode six of the new season, which premiered on the streaming service on April 1, Tyler and Madison, both 28, returned to Sunken Gardens in Tampa, Florida, to celebrate one year of dating at the same place they first met in season three. Tyler decorated the venue with a “Christmas in July” theme and posted letters to his girlfriend in the mailbox.
“When I met you, I knew in my heart that I had found someone special, unique and precious,” he wrote in the message, which Madison read aloud through tears. “This year is our first anniversary, so I would like to give you a gift to express how much you mean to me. From the moment I met you, I felt that I had found my person, and I don’t want to wait any longer to let the world know how I feel.”
