Carrie Underwood is on the rink.
The American Idol judge made a rare appearance with her husband Mike Fisher to cheer on the Nashville Predators against the Montreal Canadiens on March 28 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
During the game, Carey, 43, showed support for Mike’s former NHL team, wearing a yellow Predators jersey with No. 12, the retired hockey star’s jersey number, as the couple posed inside the arena in a photo shared on the team’s Instagram page. Meanwhile, Mike, 45, held up a miniature bobblehead depicting his and his wife’s twins in matching tracksuits.
While the pair, who married in 2010, appeared to be enjoying date nights, Carey recently raved about life on the vast Tennessee farm she shares with Mike and their sons Isaiah, 11, and Jacob, 7, saying their rural lifestyle was a welcome relief from work in Los Angeles.
“I went from living on a farm to being on stage in front of a lot of people to traveling, and we’re in a different city every day,” she said during an appearance on the March 26 episode of SiriusXM’s Front Row. “I quickly realized that this wasn’t real life.”
