Taylor Frankie Paul Addresses Mormon Wives Suspension Amid Domestic Assault Investigation
There is no rose without thorns.
Taylor Frankie Paul’s Bachelorette debut has been overshadowed by a domestic dispute with ex-girlfriend Dakota Mortensen in February, but she’s enjoying the journey.
“I’m someone who always speaks my truth. That’s what I’m known for,” Taylor told GMA’s Lara Spencer during a March 18 appearance. “So when the time is right, we’ll do that. But right now, we’re just trying to stay in the moment and focus on the moment. But the important thing is, the kids come first.”
Taylor, who has 23-year-old son Ever with Dakota and two children with ex-husband Tate Paul, added: “It’s been a back-and-forth process of worrying about home and the news and trying to be in the moment. It’s been stressful, to be honest.”
Taylor, 31,’s appearance comes just two days after news that filming on Season 5 of Mormon Housewives was paused in light of an incident between Taylor and her ex-girlfriend, with whom she shares 23-month-old son Ever. Draper Police Department confirmed on March 16 that the incident was an open “domestic assault investigation.”
