Stocks with the biggest price movements in after-hours trading: HOOD, LYFT, F, MAT

Here are some stocks that are making big moves in extended trading. Robinhood – the maker of trading apps is down about 7%. LSEG said fourth-quarter sales were $1.28 billion, lower than analysts’ expectations of $1.34 billion. Transaction-based revenue was also below expectations, coming in at just $776 million compared to StreetAccount’s consensus call of $801.4 million. Lyft – The rideshare company’s stock price fell 17%. Fourth-quarter bookings were $5.07 billion, in line with FactSet consensus estimates. Lyft had estimated first-quarter adjusted EBITDA in the range of approximately $120 million to $140 million, compared to the consensus call for $139.8 million. Ford Motor – The automaker’s stock rose nearly 1%. Fourth-quarter auto sales were $42.4 billion, compared to LSEG’s consensus estimate of $41.83 billion. However, Ford reported its biggest quarterly profit decline in four years, coming in at 13 cents per share on an adjusted basis, compared to expectations of 19 cents per share. Freshworks — The cloud-based Software-as-a-Service company fell 6% after reporting current-quarter earnings guidance in the range of 10 cents to 12 cents per share on an adjusted basis. That’s lower than the FactSet consensus estimate of 14 cents per share. Meanwhile, Fresh Works posted higher sales and bottom line profits in its fourth quarter financial report. Mattel – The maker of Hot Wheels cars and track sets fell 28%. The full-year outlook was below Wall Street expectations. Mattel expects adjusted earnings to be in the range of $1.18 to $1.30 per share, compared to the FactSet consensus of $1.77 per share. Fourth quarter results were lower than expected for both sales and bottom line. Hinge Health — The physical therapy platform rose nearly 9% in after-hours trading after the company issued better-than-expected guidance. The company said first-quarter revenue would fall between $171 million and $173 million, compared with the $160.2 million expected by analysts polled by FactSet. Klaviyo – The customer relationship management platform provider’s stock rose 2%. Klaviyo gave a rosy outlook, expecting first-quarter revenue to be in the range of $346 million to $350 million, compared to the FactSet consensus of $344.1 million. The full-year forecast also exceeded sales and operating profit forecasts. Upstart Holdings – Consumer finance platform fell 1%. Fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA was slightly better than expected, coming in at $63.7 million versus the FactSet consensus of $63.0 million. Fourth-quarter revenue exceeded expectations at $296 million, compared to the LSEG consensus estimate of $289 million. Cloudflare – The cloud networking company soared 15% in after-hours trading after giving an upbeat outlook for first-quarter revenue. Cloudflare expects revenue to be in the range of $620 million to $621 million, compared to LSEG’s consensus estimate of $614 million. Full-year revenue also exceeded expectations. The company’s fourth quarter sales and bottom line both exceeded analysts’ expectations. Gilead Sciences – Shares fell more than 1%. Gilead expects total product sales in 2026 to be in the range of $29.6 billion to $30 billion, falling short of the FactSet consensus of $30.26 billion. Teradata – The cloud analytics platform provider soared 16% after announcing an upbeat forecast. Teradata expects full-year adjusted earnings to be between $2.55 and $2.65 per share, above LSEG’s consensus call of $2.54 per share. In the fourth quarter, both sales and final profit and loss exceeded expectations. Zillow – Stock price fell nearly 6%. The home search platform expects first-quarter adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $160 million to $175 million, while analysts surveyed by FactSet were looking for $183.7 million. In the fourth quarter, Zillow posted adjusted earnings of 39 cents per share, compared to the LSEG consensus estimate of 40 cents per share. However, revenue for the period was $654 million, compared to expectations of $650 million. Lattice Semiconductor – Shares rose 12% after the semiconductor company issued better-than-expected guidance for the current quarter. The company said it expects first-quarter revenue to be between $158 million and $172 million, beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $148 million, according to LSEG data. Lattice Semiconductor also reported fourth-quarter revenue of $146 million, which beat the consensus estimate of $143 million. Astera Labs – Shares fell 10% after the fabless semiconductor maker released a slightly better-than-expected first-quarter profit outlook. Astera expects adjusted earnings for the current period to be between 53 cents and 54 cents per share, above LSEG’s consensus call of 52 cents per share. – CNBC’s Sarah Ming, Itzel Franco and Liz Napolitano contributed reporting.
