Hailey Kalil comments during Matt Kalil lawsuit

Haley Kalil knows what she wants.

Hailey has revealed her hopes for 2026 after being sued by ex-husband Matt Kalil for publicly comparing the size of his penis to “two Coke cans, maybe a third” during a live broadcast in November 2025.

When asked about the “ins and outs” of the new year, Hailey shared her expectations for those around her.

“He’s going to be a good guy,” Hailey, 33, told E! News’ Erin Lim in an exclusive interview at the WWD 2026 Style Awards on January 9: “We need some good people”

She added, “Let’s avoid ego, pride, and mean people. Say ‘goodbye’ to mean people and ‘hello’ to kind people.”

She’s hopeful for next year, days after her lawyer Matthew Bialik branded a legal complaint against Matt’s previous statements as “legally unsubstantiated.”

“This claim dramatically extends existing law and seeks to establish a harmful new precedent by imposing liability on women who have simply spoken openly and honestly about their previous relationships,” the attorneys told People in a Jan. 7 statement. “This raises serious First Amendment concerns, especially in a case involving two public figures.”
