Julia Roberts and Emma Roberts appear on the red carpet together for the first time in 13 years
Emma Roberts and her son were in a true winter wonderland this holiday season.
The 34-year-old actress shared a selfie in the snow with her son Rose, 5, on Dec. 24. Rhodes wore a green beanie hat to go with his green coat and smiled kindly in front of her, while Emma flashed a big smile with her red hair sticking out from the side of her flower-patterned beanie hat. Emma captioned the photo: “Merry Mary!”
The photo was taken when Emma, who is currently engaged to Cody John, welcomed Rose with then-boyfriend Garrett Hedlund on December 27, 2020, just before his fifth birthday. Motherhood has had a huge impact on Emma’s life over the past five years.
“Motherhood has added so much depth to my emotions and understanding, both personally and professionally,” Emma told Harper’s Bazaar Spain earlier this month. “Everything you see through his eyes is beautiful and changes the way you see the world.”
She also said that it is a never-ending journey.
“I feel like I’m still discovering who I am as a person and as a mother,” she added. “I don’t always succeed, but I try my best.”
