After Dewan accused his ex-girlfriend of concealing some of his income, Tatum, who is engaged to Zoe Kravitz, filed new documents in May 2024 claiming the accusations were false.
“I have never denied the appellants a share of the community’s assets or revenues,” he said. “I have always agreed that Complainant has an interest in Magic Mike’s intellectual property and related entities.”
He continued: “During our marriage, the appellant had equal access to our management and financial records. We communicated regularly about our work and various projects. After the separation, the appellant had full access to all of our financial records for all of our activities during the marriage and after the separation.”
The documents also claim that Jenna’s petition is aimed at further delaying the divorce.
“This is aimed at delaying the processing of the case and increasing litigation costs, and in no way facilitates an ‘early resolution by settlement,’” the document claims, adding, “Five separate mediation sessions resulted in the appellants simply ignoring the proposed judgment for several months.”
