It looks like the royal family will continue to look out for each other.

King Charles III will formally strip Prince Andrew of his royal titles due to allegations related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, but will continue to provide financial support to his youngest brother.

The king did not provide details of how much income the 65-year-old, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, would receive, but His Majesty said his brother would be removed from his Royal Lodge residence, and NBC News has learned that he will be transferred to a private residence at Sandringham Estate.

Additionally, Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah ‘Fergie’ Ferguson will make her own living arrangements and be stripped of her title as Duchess of York, while the former couple’s daughters Princess Beatrice, 37, and Princess Eugenie, 35, will retain their official titles.

The King’s decision to formally strip Andrew of his “forms, titles and honors” on October 30, including the title Prince, Duke of York, Earl of Inverness, Baron of Killyleagh, and the Order of the Garter and Grand Cross of the Knights of the Order of Victoria, comes two weeks after Andrew first announced in a statement on October 17 that he was relinquishing his title due to “continued accusations” against him. He is “distracting from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family.”
