Courteney Cox tells a ghost story.
The Friends star told Howard Stern that she had a delivery person ring her doorbell to alert her of the unexpected visitor.
“I answered it and got the package, and he said, ‘Did you know this house is haunted?'” Courtney said on a 2022 episode of her SiriusXM show. “And I think, ‘Really? Why?'” He says, “Because there’s someone standing behind you.” And I thought, “Oh, yeah.” ”
But this wasn’t her only spooky experience. Courtney also remembered the fear she felt in London.
“We just got there,” the Scream alum added. “Yeah, I was a little bit jet-lagged, but I wasn’t sleeping. I was sitting there, closing my eyes trying to sleep, and all of a sudden I saw a really scary face, like an old face. I was like, ‘Okay, stop, stop, I have to stop.’ And all of a sudden I was like, ‘Mom?’ Dad? Auntie Em?’ I don’t know. I just kept seeing all these weird things.”
After observing the movement of lights and plants, courtney He warned his longtime girlfriend Johnny McDade.
“I was like, ‘Johnny! Wake up! I’m seeing spirits!'” the actress added. “And there were waves around him too. And he says, ‘Courtney, you’re asleep.’ I said, ‘No, I just woke you up!’ How can I sleep? ‘He’s like, ‘Well, he’s asleep.’ There are no ghosts. ‘I certainly saw them. ”
Eventually, Courtney shooed them away with her demands.
“I said, ‘Thank you for coming last night. It was fun. Please don’t come tonight because I need to sleep.’ And I never saw them again.”
