White Lotus’ Walton Goggins and Amy Lou Wood break silence on feud rumors in joint interview
What happens at The White Lotus Resort doesn’t always stay at The White Lotus Resort.
Case in point: Walton Goggins, who played Rick in Season 3 of the HBO series, and Amy Lou Wood, who played his girlfriend Chelsea, have managed to remain close since filming wrapped in Thailand in August 2024.
And as they gear up for the 2026 Golden Globe Awards, both of whom are nominated for their respective roles in the dark comedy, it felt only right to reflect on their sweet friendship and all the ups and downs they’ve experienced along the way.
In fact, Walton and Amy, who met after starring in Mike White’s award-winning series, appeared to unfollow each other on Instagram in May, sparking rumors of a falling out. But less than a month after opting out of seeing each other’s social media posts, the Justified actor publicly praised his work with the Sex Education actress.
“Thank you Amy Lou Wood for being my partner,” Walton posted on Instagram on April 6, the same day the Season 3 finale aired. “It’s a trip I’ll never forget.”
And Amy was similarly enthusiastic about her on-screen partnership with her co-stars. “R+C forever,” she said on Instagram on April 7th.
