Here are the biggest calls on Wall Street Thursday: Goldman Sachs reiterates Nvidia after Goldman said it expects a “beat-and-raise” quarter ahead of earnings later this month. “We expect investors to focus on (1) the magnitude of upside to Nvidia’s $1 trillion data center guidance in GTC, (2) potential upside from agent AI to server CPU business, (3) competitive dynamics, and (4) gross margin outlook given rising input costs.” JPMorgan upgrades Freshpet from Hold to Buy JPMorgan announced a strong buy in the pet food company following Wednesday’s earnings results. “We are upgrading FRPT stock from neutral to overweight. Shares fell 9% yesterday (SPX up 1%) following Q1’26 revenue and guidance hikes.” Barclays Reiterates Microsoft Overweight The bank said Microsoft talks are “progressing well” following a series of investor meetings with the company. “Two takeaways from our investor visit to MSFT: (1) Improving efficiency is a key focus for management and is delivering tangible benefits, such as improved growth in Azure. (2) Increased adoption of Copilot could lead to even more focus on seat/pay-as-you-go pricing. Overall, this story is on track.” Jefferies upgrades Agilon Health from hold to buy Mr. Jeffries said awareness of health care services companies is increasing. “The outlook for AGL is improving as supportive MA (Medicare Advantage) rates remain fixed at 26/27 and payers are likely to remain on a margin-driven pricing path.” Evercore ISI reiterated that Apple is outperforming Evercore and said Apple’s supply chain is strong. “While AAPL’s supply chain strategy remains highly sophisticated, the AI cycle has significantly reduced the relative leverage it previously held with key suppliers. Still, incremental insourcing and AAPL’s sophisticated supply and demand planning positions the company better than many of its peers. We maintain our OP rating and $330 target.” Bank of America upgrades Scorpio tankers to buy from underperforming tankers Bank of America said “the cash generation story is not over yet” for tanker owners. “We raise STNG’s rating from underperform to buy-from-underperform given the sustainability of high interest rates and inventory replenishment needs, even if hostilities with Iran end. We expect interest rates to decline, but remain at historically high levels in the coming quarters, generating significant free cash.”Read more Wells Fargo reiterates Disney is top pick Wells said the stock remains a top pick after Wednesday’s earnings. “Our Top Pick thesis for DIS is a new year with new management of the self-help required to get the most out of our assets. We are seeing early signs of improvement in content and DTC, while solid trends in parks are supporting EPS growth, with over 30% upside in 12 months.” Loop reiterated its case for CoreWeave when it raised CoreWeave’s price target ahead of Thursday’s earnings. “Given the growing demand for sales and the growing recognition of Neoclouds’ strategic position in the AI ecosystem, we are raising PT from $120 to $155.”Goldman Sachs Reiterates To Buy UberGoldman said Uber’s product efforts are “gaining momentum” following Wednesday’s results. “Over the next few quarters, we expect the investor narrative to remain focused on how the management framework evolves with respect to macro activity levels across consumer and business usage, competitive dynamics across all business segments, and the balance of revenue, investment, and external capital allocation.” BMO rates Louisiana Pacific to above-market performer The bank said it sees a long runway for growth. “Despite near-term headwinds, LP has a proven track record of growing siding franchises profitably (high growth and lower cash flow volatility). There’s more runway ahead.” Wells Fargo Upgrades United Therapeutics to Overweight from Equal Weight Wells said he was bullish on the company’s lung drug Ralinepag DPI in his upgrade of United Therapeutics. “Upgrading to OW gives Ralinepag DPI added confidence in long-term competitiveness.” Wells Fargo upgrades Alcoa from equal weight to overweight Wells said it recognizes aluminum’s pricing power. “We upgraded AA to Overweight in our view that strength in aluminum prices could continue into 2027E due to limited global capacity additions and low global inventories. Disruptions from the Iran war have further exacerbated already tight aluminum market conditions.”Read more BMO Upgrades Selective Insurance to Above-Market Performance BMO said it sees multiple expansion possibilities for the insurance company. “We are increasing our stake in SIGI based on our conclusion that SIGI’s reserves and ultimately its loss margin should meaningfully stabilize over the next several years. This allows us to expand our valuation many times over from our current 10-30% depressed levels relative to our peers.” Deutsche Bank buys DoorDash, reiterating that Deutsche said it would stick with the stock post-earnings. “DASH continues to have a strong execution track record, with its largest footprint in the U.S., the most extensive catalog, accelerating international growth, a diverse ad engine, multiple option tiers, and a strong balance sheet that supports aggressive investment while growing profits.” BTIG upgrades Fortinet from neutral to acquisition BTIG upgrades cybersecurity company after earnings ‘blowout.’ “FTNT reported strong first-quarter results and updated fiscal year 2026 guidance was well above expectations.” JPMorgan Reiterates Overweight Instacart The bank said it sees “top-line momentum” following Wednesday’s results. “CART reported strong first-quarter results and second-quarter GTV guidance, but second-quarter adjusted EBITDA guidance was slightly below expectations.” BMO Upgrades Prologis to Above-Market Performance BMO said the REIT is a beneficiary in data centers. “PLD has considerable ability to benefit from data center demand, as both a DC developer and an industrial landlord, with data center suppliers accounting for 10% of PLD’s new leases and the largest segment of the booming manufacturing lease market in the first quarter of 2026.” Northland has upgraded its Surf Air Mobility to outperform Northland, says the Regional Air Commuter Company, which is a share gainer. “Surf operates one of the region’s largest commuter airlines. Management had the foresight to realize that the data from its operations was unique and had the potential to facilitate the creation of the first aviation operating system for regional aviation. AI leader Palantir (PLTR, OP) agrees and is building technology with Surf.” Barclays upgrades Halliburton from equal weight to overweight In upgrading Halliburton, Barclays said it was the best position for oilfield services in 20 years. “The next few months will be very volatile, but ultimately events in the Middle East will lead to structurally higher oil prices and a subsequent multi-year upstream spending cycle that will outperform the energy services sector.” Barclays Upgrades SiTime from Equal Weight to Overweight Barclays said in its upgrade of SiTime that the semiconductor fabless chipmaker was firing on all cylinders following the results. “We expect CY26 revenue to increase by more than 80% as existing customer content increases and new opportunities in inference drive visibility and growth.”
