Child No. 3: Song Tae-oh

In December 2021, it was revealed that Maralie Nichols had a sexual relationship with Tristan on her 30th birthday in March of the previous year, and that she had filed a lawsuit against Tristan in June of the previous year for pregnancy and childbirth expenses. She said in her filing that she was pregnant with a boy and that Tristan was the father.

In his own filing, Tristan acknowledged that the two were intimate during the period in question and requested a paternity test. Malarie gave birth to baby Theo in December and said in a statement to E! News that she met the NBA star in 2020 and he told her “he’s single and co-parenting.”

In January 2022, Tristan announced on Instagram, “A paternity test revealed that I fathered a child with Maralie Nichols,” adding, “Khloe, you don’t deserve that. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I put you through. You don’t deserve the way I’ve treated you over the years. My actions certainly don’t align with how I see you.”

Tristan also said in a statement that he looks forward to “amicably co-parenting” his son with Mallary. In February 2022, her rep told E! News that the NBA star is not trying to meet his children. Tristan has not commented.

In December 2022, multiple news outlets reported that the basketball player had reached an agreement with Mallary in which she would pay him $9,500 a month in child support, while she would have sole custody of Theo.
