Prince Harry’s children Archie and Lilibet reunite with King Charles for the first time in four years
Prince Harry is back by the pond.
On July 16, 41-year-old Prince Harry made a surprise appearance at Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in Sports” event, just one week after being reunited with his father Charles III for the first time in a year.
For the occasion, the royal family member wore a simple yet elegant black suit, which he teamed with an open-collared white button-down shirt. But even though Harry and Meghan’s children, Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, were by his side in the UK, Harry wandered out to the Time event.
According to People magazine, Prince Harry told photographers on the red carpet during a New York City night honoring sports giants that they were “the most polite” he’s seen in the spotlight in years.
And while Prince Harry wasn’t one of the professional athletes praised by Time, the outlet praised his work at the Invictus Games, a biennial sporting event set up by military veterans to benefit injured service members and other veterans.
For Harry, his connection to sport is deeply personal.
