Kelsey Grammer shares how baby number 8 has changed him as a father
Kelsey Grammer is preparing for a smooth holiday season with her family.
It’s a special Christmas after all, as Kelsey and wife Kate Walsh welcomed a baby boy named Christopher in October (their fourth child and Kelsey’s eighth).
“My sons love Christmas,” the Cheers alum told E! News’ exclusive interview with Will Malfuzzi. “They love to decorate the tree. I hang the lights. We’re still a very traditional family in that respect. Everyone is very happy about Santa Claus.”
In addition to newborn Christopher, Kate and Kelsey are also parents to son Auden, 9, son Kelsey, 11, and daughter Faith, 13, so the magic of Christmas is still very much alive.
The 70-year-old, whose new film Turbulence will be released in theaters and on demand on December 12, said: “I’m looking forward to a wonderful visit from the man in red. I’m very excited.”
And while the family usually hosts a big New Year’s Eve party, the few arrivals “made things a little bit hectic,” Kelsey said with a smile. Kelsey is also the father of Jude, 21, and Mason, 24, as well as his other children Greer, 33, and Spencer, 42, with ex-wife Camille Grammer.
