Woman arrested after firing gun at Rihanna’s Beverly Hills home
New details have emerged about the incident at Rihanna’s home.
After the woman who fired multiple shots into the “Diamonds” singer’s Beverly Hills home was arrested on March 8, Los Angeles police confirmed the woman’s identity as Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, who was arrested on attempted murder charges in connection with the shooting, Oxygen.com reported.
The 35-year-old woman accused of firing shots from inside a car around 1 p.m. is currently being held on $10.225 million bail, according to records reviewed by E! news. Authorities are describing the situation as an active investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division.
According to NBC News, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, and their children RZA, 3, Riot Rhodes, 2, and 5-month-old Rocky were home at the time of the incident, and at least one of the 10 bullets penetrated the wall of the home, a law enforcement official told the Los Angeles Times.
Detective Sergeant Jonathan de Vera confirmed to the press that no injuries were reported.
