The former child star was arrested in Raleigh, North Carolina, on March 22 after police responded to a report of shots fired around 9:52 p.m., according to Lt. David Davis of the Raleigh Police Department.
“Upon arrival, officers located the victim and reported that an unknown suspect on a motorized bicycle had fired shots into the vehicle while he was driving,” it added. “There were two other occupants in the vehicle at the time of the incident.”
Detectives identified Jamison as “the person who fired a single gunshot into the victim’s vehicle,” and the 27-year-old was subsequently taken into custody on March 23.
Jamieson is charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to murder, according to Wake County Sheriff’s Office arrest records viewed by E! news. His trial date is set for April 30th.
