Nick Pascal’s legal troubles continue.
The How I Met Your Mother actor was found guilty of attempted murder on May 8, two years after he allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriend Aly Shehorn’s home and stabbed her.
After a May 8 jury trial, Pascal was also found guilty of assault on a spouse or partner, first-degree robbery and rape, according to court documents reviewed by the Los Angeles Times.
The 36-year-old will be sentenced on June 2 and could face a maximum sentence of life in state prison, the newspaper said.
Eh! The News reached out to Pascal’s attorney but did not receive a response.
Prosecutors said the incident occurred in May 2024 after Pasqual broke into the Hollywood makeup artist’s Shadow Hills home and stabbed her multiple times there.
After the incident, Pascal allegedly fled the scene and was taken into custody at a U.S.-Mexico border crossing in Texas, according to a May 2024 press release shared by Los Angeles County authorities.
