Daniela Caragazzi doesn’t want her fans to get their pants in a twist.
The Dancing with the Stars pro recently had to shut down speculation that she disrespected her partner Dylan Efron when a behind-the-scenes video from the series’ Nov. 18 episode went viral, in which Dylan asked Daniella for a hug during a break between takes, and she appeared to walk by him without realizing it.
“What????” a TikTok user captioned the video, adding of Daniella: “Was it intentional or just didn’t see it??”
And while some fans certainly perceived the moment as an intentional diss to Dylan, the dancer had a more mundane explanation.
“You’re not on a mission to get me,” Daniela wrote in the comments section of the video, adding a laughing emoji. “I’m so embarrassed.”
In the end, barring an unfortunate rehearsal incident in which Daniella accidentally broke Dylan’s nose, the pair were a huge success and made it all the way to the season 34 finale of Dancing with the Stars.
