Bridgerton’s Yerin Ha reveals she developed folliculitis after the steamy bathtub scene
Even Lady Whistledown would be clutching her pearls at Yerin Ha’s latest confession.
The Bridgerton star revealed she suffered a very disappointing reaction after filming a steamy sex scene with co-star Luke Thomspon.
“There’s a scene in which they go into the bathtub, and they said taping their intimate clothes on would dry out their skin, so they basically put baby powder on their bodies,” Yellin and Luke admitted to Capital Breakfast hosts Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby during an appearance on their morning radio show on February 25.
“But I blame myself,” she continued. “I think it’s because the baby powder and bath water mixed together.”
When Luke pointed out that the pair, who play lead couple Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Bek in Season 4 of the Netflix drama, spent seven hours in the bathtub filming that scene, Yellin, 28, pointed out that her co-stars didn’t experience any reactions, adding: “I’m a sensitive girl.”
